Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applicable only when explicitly mentioned as part of a special offer or promotional campaign.

Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure successful and timely delivery:

• Please provide a complete postal address, including PIN code, contact number, and email ID.
• Kindly verify your PIN code and mobile number before completing your order.

Order Processing Time

• If items are in stock, we dispatch within 3 working days from our warehouse.
• If any product is out of stock or made fresh on order (e.g., ghee or pickle batches), it will be shipped within 10 working days.
• In either case, you will be kept informed via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered between Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Public holidays and Sundays are excluded.

Please note, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Weather delays
• Strikes or transport interruptions
• Local courier service issues

Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
