At Desi Source, we stand behind the quality of our traditionally crafted products. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy — you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The product should be in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Perishable or opened food items (like ghee, pickles, atta, or dals) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at
support@desisource.in

Include:

  • Your order ID
  • Item(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Photos, if applicable (for damages/issues)

Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Leaking/spoiled
  • Or you received the wrong item

Let us know immediately at support@desisource.in with photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product:

  • Start a return for the existing item.
  • Once accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified about refund approval.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

If it’s been over 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@desisource.in.
